Table Talk is a product of obycode, LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and obycode, LLC.
Table Talk is an online gaming platform for friends to connect and play games together. You may only join a game if you have been given a valid game code by the game host.
Table Talk uses your phone number to verify your identity via one-time SMS login codes. A phone number is required to create an account and log in.
During registration, you may optionally consent to receive additional SMS messages from Table Talk, such as game reminder notifications. This consent is not required for login or to use the service — only the one-time login codes are necessary. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of reminder notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message, or change your notification settings on your account page. For help, reply HELP.
You may optionally add an email address to your account. If you do, you can choose to receive game notifications by email instead of (or in addition to) text, and to receive calendar invitations for scheduled game nights. Email notification preferences can be changed on your account page at any time.
This service is provided as-is for private use among friends. We make no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
Table Talk and its operators are not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from use of this service, including any game outcomes or score tracking between players.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
